Hello, Pumpkin

 Sure, we're all busy.
That's no excuse to skimp on a good breakfast.
You've probably seen this on Pinterest and thought to yourself,
"Seriously? That sounds weird!"
We tried it though because the Minions LOVE muffins,
and I like healthy and low fat.
You need exactly two ingredients for this:
A 15 oz. can of pumpkin
A box of cake mix. We think the orange is best

No lie. That's it.
Dump the cake mix in a bowl.
 Add the pumpkin.
 Mix that stuff up.
It will turn into a nice, moist batter.
 Pre-heat your oven to 350.
Samwow needs 6 dozen muffins for an event at college, so we made six
dozen mini muffins and some regular sized ones for the house from a double batch.
Grease up with some cooking spray and fill each well half way.
For the minis, you'll need 15 minutes.
Regular sized muffins need 30 minutes
Do the fork test; if you poke and it comes out clean, you're done.
You aren't going to believe how tasty these are.
The best part?
You will NEVER need to write this recipe down.
Kids leaving home can do this with their eyes closed.
And some almonds, walnuts, or cinnamon just amp it up.
Give it a try and get ready for a new family favorite!
Now, I need to formulate my own mix...

Oh my...that does sound too easy! I have 2 cans of pumpkin and no cake mix. Guess I'll be stopping by the store after work! Thanks for sharing.

I made this just using the white cake mix and it was really good but one member of the family thought it was a little too sweet. One of my readers suggested that you could use spice cake mix which I thought was a good idea and the orange cake mix sounds good too. Also, the muffin idea? Wish I had thought of that for portion control!
