I Have a Corner!

At one point in the crafting last weekend, I was getting frustrated because there was not one cleared off surface in the house for a photo opp. Seriously. The place was a half-unpacked shambles. I needed a place for my eyes to rest, so I got to work.
And I got one entire wall settled! I unearthed my vintage-dresser-spray-painted-and-turned-buffet, tucked it under my fabulous mirror, set my rehabbed Walmart lamps on either side, added a silver tray and a cork-centric candlescape, and ladies and gentlemen, we now have...
...a Feline Overlord Napping Spot.

So pretty - and looks so expensive

Why thank you! All it cost me was spray paint, same with the buffet. I love cast offs!

First let me say your two-word comment on my light fixture/terrariums made my day. Thank you! Secondly, since I'm new to your blog, I saw THE MIRROR for the first time. I am in serious coveting mode. That is beyond words gorgeous. Looking forward to checking in often.

I completely understand about wanting a clean, organized space! The mirror, lamps, and buffet are fabulous, and I love that it only cost you the spray paint. You have so many good ideas up your sleeves. :)
