Am I Revealing Too Much?

Hello, Spring fans, and welcome to the Backyard-Garden-Cell-Phone-Privacy-Zone-For-Teens-Napping-Spot-For-Mom-Dog-Run-And-Oh-Yeah-Potager. A small tour perhaps?
Landing Spot One: a great place to chat with your long distance girlfriend and test the definition of "unlimited minutes."
Landing Spot Two: if Mom isn't around to dole out the next heinous chore, check here. And don't be an idiot and wake her. Go play Warcraft.
Seasoning Spot: herbs galore for the chef to peruse.
Heirloom variety tomatoes, dots of color, and an easy to assemble birdbath highlight this corner.
More heirloom varieties and my favorite gerbera daisies live over here. Note the space I've allotted the tomatoes. I'm a very hopeful person.
So all in all we gained a space for growing and relaxing that's ornamental, easy, and was affordable.

Storage pod, still here. Decorate around THAT.
In the background? Last year's huge project, the garden wall. We'll be giving you a look at its loveliness this year.

The painted pillows are a perfect accent with the garden colors.

And it has met with overwhelming approval.
For step by steps on this project, come visit us HERE and HERE.

*Applause* What a perfect spot for relaxing. The pops of colour are just right. Those chairs are wonderful.

Aw, looks like the kitty cats are quite happy :) A resounding success! Id love to attempt a garden one year....Justin seems to think I lack the attention span. The nerve right? lol

What a great spot - i love how you made such a place out of it rather than just throwing the raised bed gardens on the ground, and calling it a day.

Cats always find the best spot, hopefully they will leave you a place to actually sit and enjoy!

Hmm, some nice decals, a few potted plants, and that pod will just SPRUCE UP! You might want to add a decorative koi pond to really get the feng shui going.

I was just daydreaming about visiting your garden! If the chairs are filled and the person looks strange... it's probably Katie and I running away from winter here in NY. Promise we won't snore!

Really cool! I love that bird bath! I think I might have to make me one! I have been wanting a bird bath for this boring little spot that we've been doctoring up lately!

What a lovely little garden retreat you created. I'd be relaxing with a glass of lemonade & a favorite book.

I love looking at your new garden. I dream of having a spot like that for the summer, then my brain kicks in with reality of two -2 year old puppies who would tear it up the second I turned my back /sigh LOL

I have clearly been missing out on my two week MIA stint... this looks SO NICE! I have to admit, I'm pretty fond of the Sheltie turned easter bunny, too.

LOVE LOVE LOVE, I LOVE LOVE LOVE this, do you hear me girl. It's so beautiful, and I love that it does ACTUALLY seem rather simple to do. I have TONS of newspapers saved up for weed control too. Now I just need to get my butt out there and start already.

I also added this to my pinterest, in gardens.

Hugs,

Bella :)
