Odds and Ends Pumpkins

As I've mentioned, most of my Autumn decorations were either melted in the fire or they're somewhere in storage. Bottom line, I haven't the foggiest clue which. So we need some fun new stuff on the cheap.
I swiped this project from A Little Bit of Everything, who got it from The Sweet Life. And of course, we're doing ours a little differently.

You will need:
3 devastatingly gorgeous children
3 rolls of toilet paper
3 small paper bags
3 squares of fabric
Scissors
Put your roll of toilet paper in the paper bag.
Trim the excess off the top.
Poke the bag into the cardboard tube center.
It will look something like this.
Now you'll need a square of fabric to wrap the whole mess with.
Cover the bag with the fabric and tuck the ends in the cardboard tube.
Make sure they're secure.
Nab that bit of paper bag you trimmed off, twist it into a stem and push it into the top of your pumpkin.
I'm not sure which is more adorable.
There we go, all done, and at the end of the season, there's no storage to consider.

The boys make costumes and can sew, and the girl uses power tools. I like my babies diversified.

i'm in love with your kids. they are too gorgeous! did you have to pay them to do this for you? i'm pretty sure my two older kids would need compensation for something similar. good for you and good for them! i love the simple white toilet paper pumpkins. very pretty!

I see I am not alone in being impressed with your boys' participation! I like the "no storage" aspect and it occurs to me that this may qualify as "prepurposing" rather than repurposing. Genius! As always, thanks for linking up to Vintage Suitcase Friday!

Cute idea and your boys are adorable. I really like the idea of no storage after the season is over.I'm going to try these with my grandson...if I can get him to be still long enough. Annette
