So You Might Be Wondering...

...why my content is a tad thin lately.

Well, I put Mom back in the hospital on July 3rd.
My days have been pretty hectic. I leave for work at 7:30 in the morning, go straight to the hospital when I get off at 6:00, and end up at home around 8:00. According to her doctor, this may be my schedule for a while.

On the up side, they ARE finally figuring out what's wrong and fixing it.

I WILL try to keep up here as well; just be patient with me, and thanks for stopping by!

P.S.
For those that emailed asking, Mom has Spinal Stenosis, a blood clot in her leg, pneumonia, anemia, and a great attitude about it all. She turned 70 last week (we took flowers, a giant balloon, and bribe-the-nurses-size cupcakes to the hospital and caused a ruckus), so she's young and should make a full recovery.

Oh Sunny, sorry to hear this turn in events for you and Mom. It's good to know they are figuring it out and fixing it. Hang in there!!

Sorry about your mom, but I'm glad they have diagnosed and are fixing the problem. I can't believe you work full time and do what you do and have time to post it on your blog. I'm trying to find the energy and the time to do better w/my blog (and not even kids as an excuse). Where does all that energy come from? You Rock!

Thanks for the understanding, Heather. It'll get better, and I'll be dragging her around South Florida before you know it.

Vonda, I have NO idea where the energy comes from! My husband has often said, "I'm exhausted just watching you!" Imagine if I drank coffee...

Oh no, I hope your Mom is going to be okay! :( Hopefully the doctors find out what's wrong so they can fix it.

Hang in there, Sunny! And no worries, we completely understand. Besides, bloggers have lives, too ;)

Oh boy, it all sucks; your mum being ill, you having to go to the hospital every day after a long day of work. Don't forget to take care of you too :)

Thanks for letting us in on what's going on. You'll definitely be in our prayers! We just found out that the MIL's cancer is back, so we'll probably be adopting a similar schedule again soon. I know it's not easy, but so worth it. Hope you have an extra dose of super natural strength this week!

Thanks, Cindy. I'm so sorry you're going through that yourself, and you'll be in our prayers too.
