Presenting: Nosicle!
She's thrilled to be included in our little Christmas project!
Just look at that glee!
Okay, never mind. On with the recipe.
If you've ever failed at fudge, THIS will be your new best friend.
The recipe makes plenty to plate up and drag along to a gathering,
and it has a pretty presentation without a lot of fuss.
You'll need:
2 bags of semi sweet chocolate chips
4 cups of chopped walnuts
4 cups of shredded coconut
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
Glurp (it's a word, trust me) the bags of chips into a microwave safe bowl and nuke in 35 second intervals, stirring in between with a rubber spatula, until you have a smooth hot mess.
Add the canned milk, the nuts, and the coconut. Stir until it's all incorporated.
You now have a degree in rocket science.
Spritz a baking dish with cooking spray and smooth the mixture evenly.
Now go to the larder and grab an embellishment.
We used red sugar, but feel free to nab nonpariels, sprinkles, candy zombie eyes,
whatever you have on hand that is EDIBLE.
Yes, it needed stressing. I saw you in the eggnog.
Pop this in the fridge for an hour or so until firm.
Cut the fudge into BITE SIZED pieces (Samuel!) and arrange on a plate you never expect to get back from your aunt.
Now, off to that party!
Let someone else drive though, okay?
