Write That Check

So, I'm on vacation. Kinda. Sorta. What passes for vacation.
This is what a mother enrolling three kids in college simultaneously looks like.
After writing a check for only $500.
Eat your hearts out.
Yes, the minions are now college bound, all of them.
I may have harped on mentioned that Savannah is totally Doogie Howsering her way in two years early.
Sam graduated with a 4.0 and is on a scholarship. He just took a little time off, and I'm behind that.
And Thom is on a grant for disabled minions since he is, believe it or not, full blown autistic and on the honor roll in his senior year.
We're doing a TON of projects this week since it's Spring Break, so stay tuned.
I just wanted to point out that they're SMART projects.
Now, if you'll pardon me, I have to hit the book store for some collegiate hoodies.
W00t!

WOW Sunny that is SOOO awesome. I can't believe how incredibly lucky you are, I can't wait for the day I too can post such great news on my blog. How awesome for you, and for your kids. I am so happy for all of you!!!

I wish I could just squeeze those kids of yours, even though I don't know them, but I am so happy for them. What a greta accomplishment, and I'm sure mama had nothing to do with how awesome they turned out, right?

Hey girly, guess what, on top of all that good news, how would you like to have a new bright blue avocado art piece for your kitchen? Yup, YOU WON SUNNY!!! I'm so happy for you!!!

Hugs,

Bella :)

I had an idea that the minions were so gifted, I see a good deal of that creative energy and brilliance in your posts (and especially when they have a hand in the dealings)! Here's a toast to the proud mama and those lucky colleges.

Thank you for the huge response and all the well wishes. Guess what? They're all going to the same college 20 minutes from home, so I get to keep all of my Minions right here! YAY!

Congrats on a great deal and smart kids... I was just about to ask if they were all going to the same college or if you were going to have wars over wearing the right shirt! Good for you they are all going to the same school!
