We had a rain free weekend, so the lighting on the patio finally at least got started. in between Adventures in Plumbing, which we'll bore you with tomorrow.
Until then, enjoy the spot I landed in to relax after checking off the most heinous chore list in the history of home ownership.
Please note the extra gazebo panel saved from a previous structure to the right. That's to hold grilling implements with S hooks for Sam's culinary convenience.
My favorite lights so far are the bronze wind swept suns we have front and center.
A little archetypal, sure.
We'll have the whole thing done later this week.
See you tomorrow for home repairs.

Just lovely! I really has become another room.
Damn, that looks good. I want to come crash your party and kick back and relax under the tent with you - and a glass (or 3) of wine!
And you know what's super creepy? (Or funny, depending how you view it) Last night I seriously had a dream that I was at your house, and you were showing me the new gazebo tent - and it was getting dark out. You plugged in the lights and the whole thing looked eerily similar to these photos. Except you had grand tropical trees of some sort lining a walkway that led to this, and there were lights in the trees too.
Totally bizarre. I think it may be a sign that I'm stalking you too much.
Love the lights...it makes it all so magical. You must be very pleased with the results. I hope you enjoy it to the max!
Oh how pretty and twinkly!! You deserved the break from the heinous chore!!!
Cool beans....I love the lights! Plumbing huh? Oh boy, that doesn't sound good :(
The lights are perfection.....like fairy twinkle lights. And I love fairies :)
Your lights are the perfect touch to your gazebo.
Looks great. Now you need a chandy. I have been away for the weekend and need to catch up. Why don't you publish a post titled "Gazebo Part Fifty Six" just for giggles? I am bad...I know it.
Holy crap... high end evening entertainment!
