New House Tour

Psssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssst!
Who wants to see the new house?
 Patio tile: repair
Stairs: Add rails, lengthen to accommodate a walker
 Door and screen: replace or repair
Backyard: Deck and landscape
 Florida room: paint
 Slightly sunken living room: ramp
 French doors: remove
Loft stairs: convert to a pull down ladder
 Master bedroom: WHAT IS THAT THING ON THE WALL???
 Master bath: replace vanity, add adequate lighting, repair tile, widen door
 Sunken shower: add deck to make it accessible for wheelchair
 Master closet: widen door
 Guest bath: widen door, replace cabinet, add more lighting
 Tub: hide yourself
 Guest bedroom: widen closet, new floors
 Front windows: make them match
Kitchen: stick of dynamite
 Seriously, new cabinets, new footprint, brighter colors
 Kitchen fan: replace with track lighting
 Washer/dryer: replace with smaller stacking model
 Pass through: sledge it out
 Dining area: new floor
 Woodwork: sand smooth and paint
 Build in: remove and replace with something updated
 Dining room chandelier: replace with down to scale lighting
 Samwow's head: add hair
 Snoopy fan in the loft and carpet: do I really need to say it?
 Loft windows: cover with white sheers
 This will be storage up here.
 Hallway: Replace that floor too
Loft balcony: screen this to hide stored items
  Skylight blinds: rip those OUT
 We have a little work ahead of us.
