1995. We'd only been married for 5 years at this point, and we already had 3 toddlers. We were exhausted and wondered what a full night's sleep was. We had one mini van loaded with toys and three car seats, baby gates everywhere, a plastic playhouse in the living room, and multitudes of cloth diapers in a duffle bag because diaper bags are built for one child, tops. Mickey Mouse ate all of our vacation money. We had such systems in place that we both just moved through out childcare and chores almost like a synchronized dance. And we loved every minute of it.
I have to tell you, teenagers are MUCH easier.
Happy Anniversary, Babe. I love you.

And you have to love my hubby's princely mullet, eh?
Happy Anniversary!!
Does he still have it?
And our vacation money still seems to be spent on Mickey Mouse!!!
Nope, he's completely bald right now! Last year, he challenged the students at the middle school he teaches at to raise $20,000 for the Heart Association. If they succeeded, he'd shave his almost waist-long hair on TV. They did, so he did. My son also had long hair, and he did the same; then we donated both pony tails to Locks of Love.
Happy Anniversary!! Sounds like you're both very lucky and still very much in love. Congratulations!
Hey! 20 years....that is awesome. Happy Anniversary. Too bad about the sweet mullet though :( LOL
