Lacy Lemony Leaves

I'm ashamed of myself for even thinking about passing this off as a project.

Of course, I'm going to anyway.
I found these intricate lacy leaf shaped doilies at- you guessed it- Dollar Tree. All you need to add to this is some twine from your gardening tote and some invisible tape.
Separate the leaves and set them face down.
Place the twine at the base of each stem.
Fold the stems down and tape. Repeat as necessary.
Yeah, that was it.
Tie a loop in each end of the twine and hang.

This comes together fast, and with 3 packages of leaves, we made enough fluffy, fluttery garland to festoon the china hutch, the fireplace, and my mother's room and the rehabilitation center with several leaves left over.
Now, what to do with them...

I'm sure you'll think of something incredibly creative to do with them! Glad to hear Mom is rehabbing.

I love those signs too!

Lurve this! Never be ashamed of simple. Craft cheating is not merely allowed, it is encouraged!
