Back to the Chalkboard

Now, after rearranging all of those goodies in the kitchen yesterday,
we found ourselves with a question:
To quote Brad Pitt, "What's in the box???"
I like the boxes, but I'm kinda curious.
This has proven addictively handy.
But the prospect of taping and spraying- and maybe royally screwing up-
the thing I'd already made.
How do I label these?
I'd prefer to do more chalkboard, as we all know my commitment issues.
What to do, what to do....
then I saw a little something on Pinterest.
Did I save it?
No.
This is beyond simple
How about grabbing some labels at Target...
...and getting the chalkboard spray out!
Yes, again.
Because I LIKE it, okay?
It's MY blog.
Mine...
Chooce a convenient size label and lay them out in a ventilated work area.
And, um...paint them.
I gave them two coats, which was quite enough.
Let them dry completely.
Now, get yourself a mystery box of undetermined contents,
the very bane of your organized existence.
Put a sticker on it.
Write what's in the box.
Not exactly rocket science here today.
However, this is the easiest way to make changeable labels,
PERIOD.

  1. You're a genius! I love my chalkboard spray paint. I hate the endless taping and untaping. I am going to do this today!

  2. I have yet to do a chalkboard paint anything. But, I plan to! I sure like your labels and what a clever way to make a bunch at once!
