A quick update on the scallion experiment: these are potent, fast growing,
and Sam is trimming them nightly for salads.
Excellent stuff for free.
And speaking of growing stuff, I'm introducing Mom to the Flamingo Road Nursery. Wanna come along?

ReplyDeleteMine are potted and in the kitchen, so unless it's snowing in your kitchen-which is a whole other issue-this will work for you too! And OMG, we use about a 1/4 of what we usually would, they're so potent!
Grr once more to my inability to grow many plants right now. After a long series of protracted battles, I lost the Jasmine Sambac and Lemon Balm to spider mites.
