We're going to completely skip the rocket science today and do
some easy arranging for a glittery little centerpiece.
First, we have a plate and a sundae bowl from Dollar Tree glued together with Goop.
While I was spray painting and spangling THESE GUYS, I did the same to a $5 bag of foam gourds from KMart that started life in impossible shades of orange. The gloss black and sparkly silver are a huge improvement in my book.
Pile them on your plate with plenty of glitter showing. I had snips of feather boa left from THIS project to tuck in around them too for a little added dash of glitz.
How's that for glamor?
This one ran me $7, plate included.
We're having just a little too much fun with all of this.
How fun!! I love your non-traditional approach to Halloween decor!!
ReplyDeleteLooks great, Sunny. Those plate stands are one hot item!
ReplyDeleteI can see that!! Another awesome project brought to you by the brillian mind of Sunny P.

ReplyDeleteGlam baby glam. Do you know I have a black feather wreath over our bed and Joe says if it falls on him he is going to shoot it. I love black feathers holiday or not. Well done Sunny. ♥O
ReplyDeleteI actually laughed completely out loud right here in my cubicle at the thought of Joe pulling a gun on your wreath!!!
ReplyDeleteLove it! Black + feathers + glitter = Halloween awesomeness.
