Koozie Rehab

Haley over at The Autocrat made some adorable Summertime Koozies, and of course I simply had to have some of my very own.

So I started with this marvelously classy koozie, some fabric, ribbon, and hot glue.

Measure your fabric so that it's an inch taller than your koozie and an inch wider.

 Fold 1/2 inch hems on the top, bottom, and one end and press into place with a hot iron.

 Now just hot glue the fabric to your koozie so that there are no raw edges.

Finish with the trim of your choice.

Add an icy beverage!

Much better than plain old foam rubber.

 I didn't stop there either.

 I had several projects going at once, and well, the Mod Podge was right THERE, so I figured, let's experiment a little...

How'd that work out?

I actually preferred this. The fabric seemed sturdier.
